A man invested ₹ 35000 a part of it at an annual interest rate of 12% and the rest at 14%. If he received a total annual interest of ₹ 4460 how much did he invest at each rate?
Solution(By Examveda Team)
Let the amount invested at 14% be ₹ 100XAmount invested at 12% is ₹ ( 35000 - 100X )
Interest earned = 14X + 4200 - 12X = 4460
2X = 260
X = 130
₹ 13000 @ 14% + ₹ 22000 @ 12%
