Let Mark price was 100.
After 10% discount it becomes,
100 - 10% of 100 = 90.
Now,
SP = 90 + 8% of 90 = 97.2.
SP is given as 3402.
So,
97.2 = 3402
1 = 3402/97.2
100 = (3402 *100)/97.2 = 3500.
So, Marked Price was Rs. 3500.
