4 women = 3 men1 women = 3/4 men.
5 women = (3 *5)/4 = 15/4 men.
7 men + 5 women = 7 + 15/4 = 43/4 men.
Now,
3 men can complete the work in 43 days.
1 men can complete it in = 43*3
43/4 men can complete = (43*3)/(43 /4) = (43 * 3 *4)/43 = 12 days.
