The panel at which they will meet cannot be painted by any one of them.
The panels which they can paint = 535-1=534
now let Ram paint x panels with the speed of 100 panels/hr and shyam paint 534 - x panels at the speed of 50 panels/hr.
Ram and Shyam will meet at time T which will be common to both of them, therefore
x/100 = 534 - x / 50
x=356 panels painted by ram and 178 panels painted by shyam.
so the panels at which ram and shyam meet is 357th panel from the left side of fense and 179th panels from the right side side of panel.
