Total Money = 10350Let no of 50 rupees note = X
Then, 500 rupees note = 36 - X
Now,
50 * X + 500 * (36 - X) = 10350
50X + 18000 - 500X = 10350
- 450X = - 7650
X = 17.
Number of 50 rupees note = 17.
