This question is a trap set by the interviewer. It acts as a tool for him to get a glance of the negative behavioral aspect of the candidate’s character which might lead to clashes at the workplace. Everyone remembers Hulk and his reaction when he gets angry; but you should not become one like him.
Getting angry is a natural human tendency. Everyone does get angry sometime or the other. What makes you different is the way you react when you get angry. One should know how to manage his/her own anger and not let it harm either ownself or others. Devise a technique to overcome your anger healthily.
Answer this question very politely while keeping the following points in mind:
1. Do not say ‘I do not get angry’. It is practically impossible for a person to not get angry. It is a feeling present in every person by default. Just the level of severity differs among individuals.
2. Do admit that you get angry/frustrated but always mention about how you manage your anger so that it doesn’t become a problem for anyone.
