Which is the toughest decision that you have ever made?

Basically interviewer wants to check how you deal with difficult situation. Your answer to this question shall reveal your decision-making capability. It shall even reveal your ability to see things beyond challenges and hardships. You should know how to make your way out of a troubling situation.

Your answer should be accompanied by an example:
- Mention the challenges involved in the situation that made your decision-making difficult.
- Mention the outcome which followed your decision.

Note: It is generally a question asked to senior level interviewees but if asked from a fresher, then, they can narrate an example from their personal life instead of professional life.
