Cuba’s former president and leader of the Communist revolution Fidel Castro passed away due to old age. He was 90.

Legendary vocalist, playback singer and composer Mangalampalli Balamuralikrishna passed away due to age-related geriatric problems in Chennai. He was 86.

Acclaimed high energy particle physicist and an institution builder of Indian science Prof. M G K Menon passed away. He was 88.
