Work On Alphabetical Order of the Letters.

First Column (Top to Bottom):
A + 4 = 5 = E
E + 4 = I
I + 4 = M
M + 4 = Q

Second Column (Bottom to Up):
Q + 4 = U
U + 4 = Y
Y + 4 = C.
Similarly, Use the Pattern Suggested in the Diagram. And add each time 4 to letter to find the next letter. So,

Missing Character = W is S + 4 = W.

In each row, add the numerical value of the left and right hand letters together and write the letter with the reverse alphabetical value in the center. So,

L + H = 12 + 8 = 20 = T = Reverse of the T = G.
C + A = 3 + 1= 4= D = reverse of the D = W

Similarly,
J + O = 10 + 15 = 25 = Y = Reverse of the Y = B.
Missing Character = B.

Starting at F and moving anti-clockwise, letters move through the alphabet in steps of 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. I.e.

F + 2 = H
H + 3 = K
K + 4 = O
O + 5 = T.
Missing Character = T.

Starting at the top left circle, and moving right, then down one row and moving left, in a snakes and ladders pattern, letters move through the circle in the series skipping 1, 2 and 3 letters respectively.

Starting at the top left, and moving anti-clockwise around the figure, letters advance through the alphabet 5 letters at a time.

Using the numerical value of each letter, in each column, the value of the central letter equals the sum of the values of the top and bottom letters. So,

C + Missing Character = H
3 + Missing Character = 8
Missing Character = 8 - 3 = 5 = E.

The alphabetical value of the letters in the left hand column follows through the sequence of Prime Numbers, with the letters in the right hand column representing the corresponding reverse alphabetical values. So,

M = Reverse of M = N.

Starting on the left, and moving downwards in columns from left to right, letters are written in alphabetical sequence, in steps of 4 letters at a time. I.e.
A + 4 = E
E + 4 = I
I + 4 = M
M + 4 = Q and So On.
Similarly,
E + 4 = I = Missing Character.

Putting,
A = 1, B = 2, C = 3, D = 4, E = 5 and So on.

Top Left Circle:
C + E (5) = H (8)
H + 5 = M
M + 5 = R.
Top Right Circle:
A + F (6) = G (7)
G + 6 = M
M + 6 = S
So,

Third Circle:
H + Missing Alphabetical Order = J
8 + Missing Alphabetical Order = 10
Missing Alphabetical Order = 10 - 8 = 2 = B

Starting in the top left circle, and following a W pattern through the others, letters in corresponding segments of the circles follow the alphabetical sequence in steps of 4 letters.
