Final Amount = Principle Amount + (Principle Amount * Rate * Time) / 100∴ 1440 = 1200 + (1200 * Rate * 2) / 100
∴ 1440 - 1200 = 24 * Rate
∴ 240 = 24 * Rate
∴ Rate = 10% per annum
