Speed of the stream = 0.5 kmph.
Speed of the first man upstream = 10/5 = 2 kmph.
Speed of the second man downstream = 10/3 = 3.33 kmph.
    So, actual speed of the first man = 2 + 0.5 = 2.5 kmph.
    Actual speed of the second man = 3.33 - 0.5 = 2.83 kmph.
    Difference in the speed in still water = 2.83 - 2.5 = 0.33 kmph.
    And just difference in speed = 3.33 - 2.5 = 1.33 kmph.
