Total distance = 800m.
For Paul,
16m per minutes needs = 800/16 = 50 min to climb.
10m per minute needs = 800/10 = 80 min to climb.
He take 2 hours = 120 minutes maximum.
So, he can take rest = 120 -80 = 40 minutes or 40 times.
