    U=(pi*D*N)/60, u/v= 0.42
    U=(3.14*1.2*3000)/60 = 188.40
    V= 188.40/0.42= 442m/s =450m/s

    = (π *1.2*3000)/60
    =189 m/s
    Inlet velocity of steam = blade velocity /blade
    speed ratio
    =189/.42
