Nawab Asaf-ud-daula in 1775 AD shifted his capital from Faizabad to Lucknow and developed the town in a planned manner. Sir Harcourt Butler gave attention to its shapely development in British period. As per the City Development Plan of Lucknow Municipal Corporation more than 85% of the total land of the metropolis is covered under residential area.
Thus statement (3) is incorrect.
