P.V. Chandran elected INS president

P.V. Chandran was elected president of the Indian Newspaper Society for 2015-16 on 18^th September. The annual general meeting of the INS here chose him to succeed Kiran B. Vadodaria.

Mr. Chandran represents Grihalakshmi, a Malayalam magazine published by the Mathrubhumi group of publications, of which he is a whole-time director.

Sriram to help out the Aussies in Bangladesh

He had worked with the Australia ‘A’ side during its recent tour of India

Former India cricketer S. Sriram is poised to make history by becoming the consultant of the Australian senior team which will tour Bangladesh next month.

This is the first time an Indian will be part of the coaching staff of a senior Australian team on a tour.
