Cyprian Kotut wins 40th Paris marathon 2016

Cyprian Kotut (23) from Kenya has won the 40th edition of the 2016 Paris marathon held on 3 April 2016 in the men’s category.

He finished the 35km race in an official time of 2hr 07min 10sec. Gebretsadik Abraha (Ethopia) finished the race at the second position

The women’s title was won by Visiline Jepkesho (Kenya). She completed the race in 2hr 25 min 52sec ahead of Ethiopian pair Gulume Chala (2nd position) and Dinknesh Tefera (3rd position).
