Defense Food Research Laboratory (DFRL) is situated in Mysore.
The Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL) is an Indian defence laboratory of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) established on 28^th December in the year 1961. The present director of DFRL is Dr. A. D. Semwal.
It conducts research and development of technologies and products in the area of food science and technology to cater to the varied food challenges for the Indian Armed Forces.
