    (a )correct
    Sum of 1st three number is equal to the last number
    I.e. 7+o+1=8
    5+2+1=8

    there is another suggestion too, which makes a) 3229 correct.
    all numbet except 3229 have last digit = sum of first three.
    eg. 4127 - -> 4+1+2= 7
    eg. 5218 - - > 5+2+1= 8
