Solasodine is a poisonous alkaloid chemical compound that occurs in plants of the family Solanaceae.
It has diuretic, anticancer, antifungal, cardiotonic, anti-spermatogenetic, antiandrogenic, immunomodulatory, antipyretic and various effects on the central nervous system.
