It is given that ‘pqrs’ is four digit number and ‘pq’ and ‘rs’ are both two digit perfect squares.Two digit perfect squares are 16,25,36,49,64,81.
So, for every value of ‘pq’ there are five possible values of ‘rs’.
Therefore, number of such four digit numbers = 6*5 = 30
