$$ = 27 \times {\left( 2 \right)^3} - 54 \times {\left( 2 \right)^2} \times \left( { - 3} \right) + $$       $$36 \times $$ $$\left( 2 \right) \times $$ $${\left( { - 3} \right)^2}$$ $$ -\, 8 \times $$ $${\left( { - 3} \right)^3}$$
