    Gyz Option C is Correct..

    Because the R.L is measured on Staff with reference to a benchmark.

    so low reading on staff means high elevation so ultimately 210 HFL of dranige will be higher than 212 of canal bed.

    so Syphon need to be provided

    As per "Irrigation and Hydraulic Structures by Mr. Santosh Kr. Garg" Page nos. 736 & 737, Example 14.1, it has been clearly mentioned "Canal Bed Level (RL = 212.0 m) is much higher than the High Flood Level of Natural Drainage (RL = 210.0 m); Hence, Aqueduct should be constructed."
