Atta Dal Scheme This state run scheme was launched on 15 August, 2007. Under this scheme, the families whose annual income is less than 30,000 Rupees are distributed 5 kg of wheat per month per member at Rupees 4 per kg. Half kg (1/2 kg) of dal per member per month at Rupees 20 per kg is given.
