The Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation (JKSPDC) is a private limited company which was established by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir on 16^th February 1995. The main functions of this corporation are to takeover, execute, complete, operate and maintain all power stations and power projects of the UTs.
