Kalam will eat = 32 chocolates per hour. 
His brother Jamal will eat = 32/ 3 chocolates per hour. 

Total chocolates in one hour :-
1 hr = 32 + 32/3 
1 hr = 42 2/3 
1 hr = 128 / 3
3 / 128 hr = 1 chocolate (x 32) 
32 × (3/128) hr = 32 chocolates
96 / 128 hr = 32 chocolates
0∙75 hr = 32 chocolates

Thus, they will take to eat 32 chocolates together 45 minutes.
