Solution(By Examveda Team)

a. Paddy gall fly
Rice gall midge is an insect pest of Paddy crop, that causes a tubular gall at the base of tillers, causing elongation of leaf sheaths called onion leaf or silver leaf.
b. Rice bug
Rice bugs can be a significant pest of the rice plant, as they feed on developing (milk stage) grains: reducing crop quality and sometimes yield. Rice bugs damage rice by sucking out the contents of developing grains from the pre-flowering spikelets to soft dough stage, therefore causing unfilled or empty grains and discoloration.
c. Yellow stem borer
The yellow stem borer is a species of moth of the family Crambidae. Early instars bore into the leaf sheath and caused longitudinal yellowish-white patches as a result of feeding resembles white ears.
d. Zig-zig leaf hopper
The rice zigzag leafhopper is found in all rice environments. Feeding damage of zigzag leaf hopper causes the leaf tips to dry up, and whole leaves to become orange and curled.
