Harballabh Sangeet Sammelan is the oldest festival of Indian classical music, held in Jalandhar, Punjab. It is celebrated every year in the last week of December at the samadhi of Baba Harballabh, a saint and exponent of Hindustani classical music. The first sammelan was held in 1875 at the saint's holy place, Shri Devi Talab Mandir in Jalandhar.
