National Land Resources Conservation week is observed from 14 - 20^th November.
The National Land Resources Conservation Week, 2003 was observed from 14^th to 20^th November, 2003 in the State of Meghalaya. Various programmes relating to the theme of the Week were held and conducted by the Divisional Soil Conservation Offices of the Department in the respective areas falling within their jurisdiction.
At the beginning of the celebration of the Week, the Hon’ble Minister of Soil Conservation delivered a Message which was widely telecast by Doordarshan Kendra, Shillong.
