So implies 'in the manner described'; extremely.

To Sow means to plant seeds; an adult female pig.

To Sew means to join by stitches.

So

As an adjective, 'So' implies 'True as stated or reported' i.e Conforming with reality or the fact.

As an adverb, 'So' is used to imply 'To such a great extent' like:

Sow

As a verb, 'Sow' means

(1) to scatter seed for growing, as for the production of a crop

(2) to implant

(3)To set something in motion like 'to begin in enterprise'.

It's the correct word in the idiom sow [one's] wild oats.

"Fill a pot with compost and sow a thin layer of seeds on top."

"The corn had just been sown."

"The new policy has sown confusion and doubt.

As a noun, 'Sow' refers to an adult female pig, especially one who has farrowed (i.e. given birth to piglets). It is also used to refer to the female of certain other mammals, e.g., the guinea pig, bear, mink.

"A sow suckling her piglets looks just like a cat or dog with their own babies."

Sew

The verb 'Sew' always relates to stitching, knitting, and other tasks involving a needle and thread or a sewing machine.

"The tailor did’t sew my wedding suit properly."

It also appears in the figurative phrasal verb 'sew up', meaning to complete successfully or to make sure of.

"They sewed up the deal last night."

Beware: Sew is not the past tense for Sow. It has a different meaning altogether.
