Let the distance be x kmDifference in timing
T1 = x/2.5
T2 = x/3.5 and
T1 - T2 = 12 mins ( 6+6=12) i.e.12/60 hrs
(12/60) = x/2.5 - x/3.5
1/5 = 1x/(2.5)(3.5)
1/5 = 1x/8.75
8.75 = 5x ( cross multiplication)
x = 1.75 1¾ km
