Statement And Arguments
In this type of question, a statement followed by two arguments are given. The candidates have to decide which of the arguments on the basis of the statement is strong and weak arguments.
Strong Arguments :
Strong arguments are both important and directly related to question
Weak Arguments :
Weak argument is of minor importance and related to question in trivial aspect

Each of the following question consists of a statement followed by two arguments I and II. You have to decide which of the arguments is a STRONG argument and which is a WEAK Argument.
Statement :Should Indian scientist working abroad be called back to India ?
Arguments :
I. yes, they must serve the motherland first and forget about discoveries, honors, facilities, and all.
II. No. We have enough talent, let them stay where they want.
Explanation :
Everyone is free to go where ever they want.So. argument I is vague. However, talented scientist are great benefit to a nation so some alternative and better and special incentive should be made for them to retain them in India. So, argument II also does not hold.
