The demands made under the Anandpur Sahib Resolution were as follows :
1. Protection of Sikh minorities residing outside the Punjab.
2. The enactment of an All-India Gurdwara Act to bring all historical gurdwaras in India under the control of SGPC (Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee).
3. Free access to the birthplace of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and other gurdwaras in Pakistan.
