This question simple ask sewage flow not asked design discharge or peak factor.
So FOS not consider

Sewage flow in sewer = 3 * (40*250*200*0.8) lpd
= (4800000 * 10^-3)/(24*3600) m³/s
= 0.05556 cumec
3 is multiplied as FOS is to be considered.
FOS = 3
