A weekly newspaper in Kushtia, Jagaran ('Awakening'), was politically close to the party. In Punjab the publication Kirti ('Worker') had been started in 1926 by Santokh Singh of the Ghadar Party. Soon it became the organ of the Punjab Kirti Kisan Party and managed by Sohan Singh Josh.
