Solution (By Examveda Team)
Let the prices of two house A and B was 4x and 5x respectively last yearThen the price of this year A = 4x*1.25 and that of B 5x + 50000
This year ratio of their price 9 : 10
(4x*1.25)/(5x + 50000) = 9/10
50x - 45x = 450000
x = 90000
Hence the price of A last year was = 4*90000 = Rs 360000
