So, 1 Women can complete the work = (20 *16) women-days. = 320 women-days.
1 woman's one day work = 1/320.
16 men can complete the work in 15 days.
1 man can complete the work = 15 *16 = 240 men-days.
1 man's one day work = 1/240.
Ratio of capacity of man and woman,
= 1/320 : 1/240
= 4 : 3
