Under which scheme, the parents are encouraged to plant a sapling?

Under Sobujshree scheme, a sapling will be given to every new born child at the time of release from the hospital. Parents are requested to plant that sapling and name it after their child so that as the child grows, the sapling also turns into a tree thus offering flowers, fruits and oxygen.
