Tennis scoring works very oddly. 1point = 15, 2 points =30, 3 points =40 and you must get 4 points to win the game. In tennis there is a rule that one must win their opponent by at least 2 points. So if both players have 40 (3 points) then it is called a deuce. After deuce comes an extra point called the advantage. So to win the match once it is a deuce you must win the deuce point and then win the advantage point.
