The capacitance of capacitor does not depends on the charge "q" or voltage"v".But it depends upon the area of capacitor "A" and distance between the plate "d".The capacitor is directly proportional to its surface area and inversly proportional to the distance between plate.Hence,if we increase the area of capacitor plate the capacitance of capacitor is also increase.
