Where was the first underwater festival of India held?

India's first underwater festival has been held at the Finkick Adventures SCUBA Diving Center in Pune, Maharashtra on 27^th November 2016. The purpose of the festival was to promote awareness about the state of marine life and encourage people to conserve it.
