Which article of the Constitution gives the power to the state to promote educational and economic interests of the weaker sections and in particular of SC and ST?

According to Article 46, the State shall promote special care to the educational and economic interests of the weaker sections such as the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes. The state shall protect them from social injustice and all forms of exploitation.
