Guru Gobind Singh Ji was the tenth Sikh Guru. He was a spiritual master, warrior, poet and philosopher. His main contribution was the compilation of 'Dasam Granth' or 'Dasven Padshah Ka Granth'. It is a compilation of hymns, philosophical writings, autobiography of the Guru and many fables. For him, poetry was a means of revealing the divine principle and a supreme vision. He declared 'Guru Granth Sahib Ji' as Guru after him.
