Which scheme was started in 2005 with an aim to provide free electricity connections to poor people in Jammu and Kashmir?

Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana is a Central Government scheme started in 2005 for 100% rural electrification. A total of 14 small schemes are sanctioned to be commissioned in UTs of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. It targets Below Poverty Line families and provides electricity connection in remote areas of the UTs (Union Territories).
