The archaeological site of Atranjikhera is located in Etah of Uttar Pradesh. Alamgirpur is an ancient site of Indus Valley Civilisation that is situated on the banks of Hindon river which is a tributary of Yamuna river, in western Uttar Pradesh. It was founded by Alexander Cunningham in 1861. Alexander Cunningham was the first Director General of ASI.
