Who was Maharashtra's governor in 1992?

Shri Chidambaram Subramaniam (C. Subramaniam) assumed the office of the Governor of Maharashtra on 15^th February 1990. Shri Chidambaram Subramaniam is the first and foremost a patriot devoted in pre-Independence days to the cause of freedom and, later, to the development of the country and the preservation of its rich cultural heritage.
