Wudars (elevated plateau region) are found where in Jammu and Kashmir ?

There are extensive elevated plateaus of alluvial and lacustrine material in the valley of Kashmir. These deposits or plateaus are known as Karewas. Karewas are locally known as Wudars. The Wudars are found extensively and continuously on the left bank of Jhelum river.
