    When two shafts 100+200 hz = 60 rpm * 60 (2).
    rpm = 7200.
    rpm the transverse natural frequency 1.35 to 1.5,
    7200/1.3 =5367 rpm.

    (1/f)=(1/10000)+(1/40000)
    f=89.44hz
    n=89.44*60
    =5367rpm
