1) 1/3 of eff span.
2) center to center distance of beam.
3) 12x depth of flange + width of the beam.

Answer is;
As per 1) (300-20+13)/3 = 97.66 cm.
As per 2) 300 cm.
As per 3) 12x13+20 = 176 cm.
According to the conditions less is 97.66 cm.
