Central Institute of Agricultural Engineer was established at Bhopal on 15^th February 1976 under ICAR. The main motive of this institute is to address the areas of farm machinery, post-harvest technology and energy in agriculture.
It also includes activities based on Agro-industrial extension, Instrumentation, irrigation and Drainage Engineering.
