Using Nodal analysis,

At node 1 -> v1/120 - 0.2 + (v1-v2/68) =0.
At node 2 -> (v2- v1)/68 + 0.04 = 0.
Thus solving simultaneously v1 and v2 equations we get v1= 19.2.
And so, at r2, I = 19.2/120 = 0.16.
